According to research by the 2030 Water Resources Group, by the year 2030, demand for fresh water will be 40% greater than our supply.

That means spiking water prices, industries interrupted, and most importantly, human lives impacted by lack of potable water.

Toyota feels a deep corporate responsibility, then, to help reduce that supply gap, and protect our fresh water resources.

In this recent video, Toyota Logistics Service, Inc.'s Production Supervisor goes over some of Toyota's efforts to conserve water, which has kept them on-target for their conservation goals.

Thanks to efforts like protecting the Willamette River at their Portland facility, and saving 54 million gallons of water in North America in 2015, Toyota has even been named an A-List Leader in the CDP's 2015 Water Report.
